1. The owners/hiring party requirements should be within company's scope.

2. After completion of 11 month of the contract with company the agreed party can not appoint the staff themselves, else the contract is subjected to termination.

3. Initial booking amount of Rs 5000 need to be submitted at the time of booking. The remaining amount together with 2 months advance staff salary should be paid on the day when company appoints the staff. This amount will be adjusted in the 10th and 11th months of contract.

4. Staff should be allowed 4 holidays and should be provided with basic needs like food, stay, oil, soap and medicines.

5. company will provide services for 11 month, if staff leaves in between then 3 staffs will be given in replacement.

6. Personal verification is done by company. However police verification should be done by owner itself.

7. After completion of 11 month contract, 10 % service charge will have to be renewed.

8. After agreement with agency only staff services will be given, the service charge will be non - refundable. Any trouble making staff can be replaced after hearing both parties.
